About
us:
We are Doctoral
and Master’s level Program Evaluators with 8 years of experience.
We have worked with social service agencies, school districts, universities,
community-based coalitions, and other non-profit organizations, designing
program evaluations tailored to the needs of each program. We have experience
with federal, state-level, and private funding. We can work with you
to design a Program Evaluation study for programs large or small.

with the Bensalem and Pennsbury School districts to evaluate their anti-bullying
programs. A neuropsychologist by training, she has extensive experience
in assessment and has taught research methods and other courses at the
university level. Dr. DellaPietra holds an undergraduate degree in psychology

Patrick
Grugan, M.A.: Mr. Grugan has worked with Advanced Evaluation
Services since its inception. He has long-term experience in both the
non-profit and research fields, and holds multiple publications in academic
journals. His work evaluating a drug prevention project helped it to
become a SAMHSA National Model program, and has focused on community-based
programs addressing school outcomes, drug prevention, and community
involvement. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Pennsylvania,
and his graduate work took place at Clark University.
